Could James Harden’s days in Houston be numbered? Looks so, as he rejected a Rockets extension as he’s eying a trade to the Brooklyn Nets, to pair up with former teammate Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.
Various sources have said the Rockets made a pitch for him to sign the maximum allowable extension — two years and $103 million on top of the remaining three years, $133 million on his current deal.
To leave that kind of money on the table says enough on how badly “The Beard” want’s out of Houston, but if he thinks going to a squad to pair up with two other ball dominant players much like himself in Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, this potential move could easily be a dumpster fire, as there isn’t enough ball to go around.
